Thursday is my favorite day of the week because it’s when I get together with my knitting group. Knitting and gathering belong together like cookies and milk. Each one by itself is great and when they are combined the experience is greatly enhanced.
I am bringing all interested knitters together to commune and relax at the one of the busiest times of the year; the holidays, a time when we need to pause and catch our breath and take care of ourselves.
We’ll be gathering at the beautiful Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, Wisconsin (www.lakelawnresort.com) for the weekend of December 2-4, 2005. The cost for the retreat is $425 which includes single occupancy lodging, all meals and the guest instructors. There will even be plenty of time to shop at the fiber market.
